Deerfield, IL – 13 August 2012 Friedman Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Constellation Software, Inc. (“Constellation”, TSX: CSU) announces that it has acquired CORESense Inc.

CORESense offers an all-in-one, full-featured ecommerce and retail management software solutions for multi-channel retailers and direct to consumer manufacturers, through its hosted solution. CORESense’s cloud-based application supports a broad range of specialty retailers including; Fashion and Apparel, Footwear, Automotive Aftermarket and Sporting Goods, with a customer base throughout North America. CORESense has its headquarters in Saratoga Springs, New York.

As a result of the purchase, CORESense will become part of Constellation’s Friedman Operating Group, and will continue to operate as an independent division of Friedman. CORESense will continue to develop, enhance, and sell ecommerce and retail management software solutions while continuing to provide the highest level of support to their customers.
